Eco-friendly insulation using organic/inorganic Binder
and Superheated Ceramic materials
- Applying conduction, convection, radiation and reflection and heat transfer principles
① Spray coating allows the micro-particle structure to perform at least
85% heat-blocking effects.
② Each ceramic particle holding the air makes the heat transfer very slow.
③ Low heat transfer coefficient of the gas significantly reduces
the thermal conductivity of the surface,
④ Simultaneously prevents corrosion and minimizing heat movement of the flow coater
